Rado Jerič was born on July 31, 1948 in Maribor. After finishing high school, he studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana. He is engaged in painting and design. He is the author of some major scenic settings and paintings of public spaces. He received several recognitions and awards for his works. Since 1983, he has been a member of the Society of Fine Artists of Slovenia. He participated in many painting colonies at home and abroad. He now works as a freelance cultural worker. Rado Jerič is a big fan of colors, landscapes and abstract painting.
